If your API requests are failing with the HTTP status code 403 Forbidden, it means the endpoint you’re calling isn’t included in your current plan.

Sample Response

How to Resolve

  1. Check which plan the endpoint requires. Some endpoints and features like Port Scanner, Proxy are gated to paid plans. Compare your current plan against the endpoint’s requirements on the Pricing page.
  2. Upgrade your plan. Log in to your Dashboard and upgrade to a plan that includes the endpoint you need.
  3. Double-check you’re calling the intended endpoint. If you didn’t mean to call a premium endpoint, verify the request path against the API Reference.
This is different from a 429 Rate Limit Exceeded error. 403 means the endpoint itself isn’t available on your plan, regardless of how many requests you’ve made.
