Roo Code

Roo Code is a VS Code extension providing an autonomous AI coding agent with multi-model support. With Geekflare MCP connected, Roo Code can browse the web, search, take screenshots, and look up DNS records during any task.

Setup

Open Roo Code MCP settings

In VS Code, open the Roo Code panel from the sidebar, then click the MCP Servers icon at the top.

Add the Geekflare server

Click Edit MCP Settings and add:

Replace YOUR_API_KEY with your Geekflare API key.

Verify connection

The Geekflare server should appear in the MCP list with a green dot. You can expand it to see all 20 tools.

Add the Geekflare skill

Once the MCP server is connected, install the Geekflare agent skill so Roo Code knows when and how to use each Geekflare tool:

npx skills add geekflare/geekflare-skills
